How to Silence, Change and Nullify Our Critical Inner Voice?

We will work together to question and challenge your inner critic in order to find the real truth of who you are. We will access the truth using the evidence of your life experiences good and bad. You will learn to reframe your thoughts and gain a sense of perspective. This process will lead you to redevelop a sense of self, and self-worth.
We will look at how to keep yourself well after your therapy has finished. You will learn to value yourself by understanding the futility of comparing yourself to others and develop a sense of truth: that you are enough. Also, as result of our work together or my work with your loved one, you/they will realise the caustic nature of unjust self-criticism, and how to nullify it with a more object approach; the truth.
